Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 8l9 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://8l9.pro ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by the 8l9 brand and is made available to eligible users in the Bangladesh market.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 8l9 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

8l9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, registered users will be notified by email or via an on-site notification. Continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Key Platform Principles

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

"Platform"

The 8l9 website, mobile-optimised site, and associated services accessible at https://8l9.pro.

"Account"

A registered user account created by an individual on the 8l9 Platform, allowing access to real-money gaming and betting services.

"User" / "Player" / "You"

Any individual who accesses, browses, or registers an Account on the 8l9 Platform.

"8l9" / "We" / "Us"

The operator of the 8l9 Platform and its associated brand, services, and support functions.

"Wager" / "Bet"

Any real-money stake placed by a User on a casino game, sports event, live dealer table, or instant-win product available on the Platform.

"Bonus Funds"

Non-withdrawable promotional credits credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed or where otherwise required by 8l9 policy.

"BDT" / "৳"

Bangladeshi Taka — the primary currency used on the 8l9 Platform for deposits, withdrawals, balances, and wagers.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an Account on the 8l9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. 8l9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• Residency: You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino and sports betting services is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship orders may not register an Account.
• One account per person: You may hold only one registered Account on the 8l9 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 8l9 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on any gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded from 8l9, you must not attempt to re-register without first contacting the support team to formally lift the exclusion.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcode (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. 8l9 will never ask you for your password or OTP via email, telephone, or chat.

• Password security: You must choose a strong, unique password for your 8l9 Account and must not share it with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must change your password immediately and notify 8l9 support at [email protected].
• Account sharing: Your Account is personal to you. You must not allow any other individual to access or use your Account, place wagers on your behalf, or receive winnings associated with your Account.
• Device security: You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access the 8l9 Platform is secure and free from malware, keyloggers, or unauthorised remote-access software. 8l9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from inadequate device security on your part.
• Unauthorised transactions: If you believe an unauthorised transaction has been made on your Account, you must notify 8l9 immediately. 8l9 will investigate the report but accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Account closure requests: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to KYC completion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8l9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers are also available for selected verified accounts via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 8l9 processes verified withdrawal requests within 1–3 hours during normal operating conditions.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and registered account used for deposits wherever technically possible. 8l9 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method.
• Bonus wagering: Deposits that attract a bonus offer are subject to bonus wagering requirements before the bonus component may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying amounts are stated in the applicable bonus terms at the time the offer is accepted.
• Transaction records: A full history of your deposits and withdrawals is available in your Account transaction log. You are responsible for reviewing this log and reporting any discrepancy to 8l9 support within 14 days of the transaction date.
• Refused transactions: 8l9 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful conduct.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8l9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, BPL cricket season promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible registered Users who meet the criteria specified in the applicable offer. 8l9 reserves the right to restrict or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
• One bonus per offer: Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times by creating additional Accounts will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of 20 times before a withdrawal of the bonus component is permitted.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account balance automatically. No compensation is payable for expired bonus funds.
• Abuse: 8l9 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinated abuse involving multiple accounts. Where abuse is detected, 8l9 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings without prior notice.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The 8l9 Platform is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age, residency, or eligibility status.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Use of software tools: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, odds-scraping software, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or circumvent security measures.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback or reversal through your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for wagering on the Platform. 8l9 reserves the right to recover any amounts subject to a fraudulent chargeback by all available legal means.
• Money laundering: Using the 8l9 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. 8l9 will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a known technical error are void and will not be paid out.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8l9 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, game interfaces, written content, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8l9 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi where applicable).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8l9.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8l9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond 8l9's reasonable control, including power failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or acts of a third party.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, or by Bangladeshi banking institutions.
• Losses arising from your decision to gamble, including losses resulting from an unsuccessful wager placed on any game, sports event, or betting market on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, as described in Section 3 of this Agreement.
• Changes to the availability of specific games or betting markets resulting from decisions by third-party game providers or changes in the regulatory environment.

Where 8l9's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 8l9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

8l9 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings. These include voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

8l9 reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where the platform's monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour. Such restrictions may be applied without prior consent and will be communicated to the affected User by email.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 8l9 Platform. In the event of a dispute between you and 8l9, you agree to first attempt resolution through the 8l9 customer support process by contacting [email protected] with full details of your complaint.

8l9 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may agree to refer the matter to a mutually acceptable independent dispute resolution service.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation. This Agreement does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

11. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 8l9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: 8l9's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of 8l9 to be effective.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of 8l9. 8l9 may assign its rights under this Agreement to any successor entity without restriction.
• Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
• Contact: All notices or communications to 8l9 under this Agreement must be sent by email to [email protected]. Notices are deemed received on the next business day after sending, provided no delivery-failure notification is received.
